We’re passionate about supporting all the communities we serve in the Merrimack Valley, North of Boston and Southern NH, giving our time, knowledge and resources to make a difference in the lives of those in need. Because the stronger our communities are, the better and brighter future we will ALL have. Here’s some of what we’ve been doing recently and the organizations we are passionate about.
North Andover National Night Out
On a beautiful summer night, Ron hosted North Andover CAM’s live coverage of National Night Out, held at its new location at North Andover High School this year. He interviewed the town leaders who work every day to make our community better, from town management, schools, police, fire and veterans services to the Senior Center, the Youth Center and our state legislators, including State Senator Bruce Tarr. It was a great night to hear what’s ahead for our town and to thank the people who make it happen.
Freedom Shrine Rededication at Haverhill High School 2026
In 2011, during Ron’s year as president of the Haverhill Exchange Club, the club installed a Freedom Shrine at Haverhill High School. It displays 20 of our nation’s founding documents as a reminder that the freedoms we enjoy today are a gift from the past, earned through the determination and sacrifice of so many. Fifteen years later, Ron was honored to serve as master of ceremonies as the club rededicated the shrine for a new generation of students.

Haverhill Exchange Club Scholarship Luncheon
As a member of the Haverhill Exchange Club scholarship committee, Ron helps award $20,000 in scholarships each year to local students heading to college and trade schools. Together with our major sponsor Pentucket Bank, the club honored 12 amazing students, and Ron had the honor of presenting the Book of Golden Deeds Award. These young people have already accomplished so much, and they inspire us to do more.
KW Cares RED Day at Lazarus House Ministries 2026
RED Day (Renew, Energize, Donate) is Keller Williams’ annual day of service, held in honor of Mo Anderson’s birthday. This year we volunteered at Lazarus House Ministries in Lawrence alongside our fellow Keller Williams Realty Success agents. In real estate we talk a lot about “home,” and this day reminded us that home also means safety, compassion and dignity. We loved that the people Lazarus House serves are called Guests, not clients. Thank you to Mitchell Weisman and Joe Galvin for sponsoring breakfast, lunch and our shirts!
Northeast Association of REALTORS® Awards Gala 2026
For the second year in a row, Ron was honored to co-emcee the Northeast Association of REALTORS® Annual Awards Gala alongside 2026 NEAR President Tracy Callahan, bringing together both sides of what he does. It was a big night for our office, too. Out of about 1,650 agents across 298 offices, only 260 earned a performance award, and Keller Williams Realty Success brought home 29 of them, more than 10% of all awards. Our own Mike Bourgeois was named co-Rookie of the Year, and Ron was proud to take home a Gold award of his own.
Success like this doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built over time, through a culture of sharing, growth and consistency that Ron has been proud to be part of for more than two decades. Grateful, proud and motivated for what’s next!
Rick Barry St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast 2025 & 2026
Ron was proud to emcee both the 23rd and 24th annual Rick Barry St. Patrick’s Day Breakfasts for the Haverhill Exchange Club at Haverhill Country Club. This sold-out event is a morning of great food, prizes and laughs, including comedian Paul D’Angelo and special guests St. Patrick and Lucky the Leprechaun (our own Elaine Barker!). Most importantly, it raises funds for the club’s Prevention of Child Abuse programs and its youth and community service programs all year long.
North Andover Santa Parade & Tree Lighting 2025
We kicked off the holiday season at the North Andover Santa Parade, where Santa arrived in style with help from the North Andover Fire Department. The next evening, Ron emceed the annual Tree Lighting and Santa Meet-and-Greet on the Town Common, with music from the New Liberty Jazz Band. Thank you to the North Andover Festival Committee and everyone who came out to celebrate!
11th Annual Client Appreciation Thanksgiving Pie Day & Food Drive 2025
Every Thanksgiving we say thank you to the clients and partners who have trusted us over the years, and this year marked our 11th annual Pie Day! Guests stopped by to pick up a pie and brought donations for our food drive benefiting the New England Center and Home for Veterans. What started as a small thank-you has grown every year, and seeing so many clients who have become great friends come out to give back warms our hearts.
Boys & Girls Club Casino Royale “Back-A-Kid” Paddle Raise
Ron was honored to emcee the “Back-A-Kid” paddle raise at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Haverhill’s 10th annual Casino Royale. It was the most the club has ever raised. The Club gives so many kids a stable, caring place to grow, with a mission to help all young people, especially those who need it most, reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
KW Success Cares NuBingo
Our Keller Williams Realty Success office hosted its 3rd annual NuBingo Music Bingo night, raising funds for the charities our office supports in the communities we serve. With emcee Peter Accolla and DJ William Powderly, it was the best one yet, full of music, prizes and fun for a great cause. Thank you to all the friends and clients who joined us at our table and came out to support!

Rotary Club of Haverhill Roast & Toast of Elaine Barker
When the Rotary Club of Haverhill asked Ron to help roast one of the most beloved community volunteers in Haverhill, his friend and fellow Exchange Club member Elaine Barker, he couldn’t say no. Ron joined fellow roasters Peter Barker, Michael Joy, Katie Cook and Paul Blanchette, with emcee Lane Glenn, at Bradford Country Club. It was a night of laughs and love that raised funds for the Rotary’s work in our community.

Driscoll Appreciation Cookout for First Responders 2025
We were proud to donate and help out at our friend Pat Driscoll’s 5th annual Appreciation Cookout at Driscoll Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Haverhill. More than 250 police officers, firefighters, EMTs and city employees were treated to lunch, served by community volunteers, as a thank-you for all they do to keep our city safe and running every day.

RED Day at Magic Barn North Andover
RED Day is our annual day of service with Keller Williams Realty Success Andover & Keller Williams worldwide. This year we partnered with the Magic Barn in North Andover, a great organization whose mission is coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of relief supplies to those affected by a disaster or simply in need. We spent the day assembling dressers and kitchen sets for Project Home Again, an amazing organization that provides low-income families with recycled household goods, furniture, and small appliances necessary to live with comfort and dignity.
Boys & Girls Club Golf Tournament
We took part in the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Haverhill & Merrimack Valley Golf Tournament. Contributing to their mission of inspiring and enabling all young people, especially those who need them most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. What a great day golfing and raising funds at the Haverhill Country Club with friends and industry partners!

HomeTown Heroes Tribute
We were so proud to volunteer our time as Emcee and donate the audio and music in support of the Haverhill HomeTown Heroes Tribute Program in partnership with the City of Haverhill and Exchange Club!
This distinguished and respectful honoring of our fallen and active duty service men and women took place at GAR Park in Haverhill.
A coalition of military and public safety agencies and organizations provided ceremonial elements including a helicopter fly-over, honor guard presentations, The Thirteen Folds of the Flag, taps, and artillery battery salute.
My daughter Stephanie joined us in singing the National Anthem!
Breakfast for Child Abuse prevention, Youth & Civic Service and Americanism programs
It was an honor to Co-chair the best St Patrick’s Day Fundraiser at the Haverhill Country Club for the Haverhill Exchange Club programs of service and Child Abuse Prevention efforts! This is the Greater Haverhill, Andover, North Andover, Methuen and Merrimack Valley’s largest and most widely known breakfast event!
Santa Parade
We Co-Hosted the annual North Andover Santa Parade with the legend Jim Fazio. What a great day for a parade capped off by a special visit from the Big Guy himself, Santa Claus!
Veterans Day Parade
We joined the Exchange Club at the Veterans Day Parade as a wonderful way to complete our Hometown Heroes Tribute Banner Program. Alongside veterans organizations and first responders, we were proud to display many of our banners as we marched in the parade.
7th Annual Veterans Awards
We were honored to be in attendance of the Haverhill Rotary Club’s Veterans Awards Breakfast to honor local veterans who are active volunteers, living the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.” We’re so proud to serve alongside the Rotary Club in the efforts to give back, and continue to make our community thrive.
Freedom Shrine
We joined with the Exchange Club for a special unveiling of America’s newest Freedom Shrine, a collection of historic American documents that are the building blocks of the United States and have influenced the many freedoms, rights and opportunities that we, as Americans, enjoy today. Ron presented the history and significance of the Shrine.
L’Arche Boston North
We took part in the Longest Table which supports L’Arche Boston North, a local nonprofit organization supporting adults with disabilities have a home and live their best lives.
The Longest Table is a magical night bringing the community together around a shared table along the Merrimack River, with wonderful food provided by local restaurants and music provided by us! Ron was the emcee of this wonderful event!
39th Annual National Night Out
This month we took part in National Night Out in North Andover, a community building event that promotes promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. Check out an interview with Ron here!
House of Hope
We took part in the Teal Invitational Golf Tournament in support of House of Hope in Lowell, MA. a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping homeless families in Massachusetts. They transition families into stable housing and community life by creating additional housing and support resources, while helping current residents build self-esteem and regain financial viability.
What a great day golfing and raising funds with friends, past clients, and industry partners at the Four Oaks Country Club in Dracut, MA, located at Meadow Creek, a community of luxury homes.

As a member of the National Exchange club, we are so proud to be on the selection committee to find and honor the individuals or organizations who regularly and properly display the American Flag! The So Proudly We Hail program in Haverhill encourages and honors individuals, commercial establishments, and industries who display the American flag regularly and properly.
No symbol inspires respect and love of a country more than the Stars and Stripes of the American Flag. A beautiful plaque was presented to the winners at our annual recognition luncheon. This years winners were: Covanta Haverhill in the business category and Stephen & Sherie Smolak in the residential citizens category!
Hometown Heroes Tribute
We joined with the Exchange Club for a special Hometown Heroes Tribute, and Ron was the emcee of this special dedication ceremony! Over 150 banners are being displayed throughout Haverhill to recognize the brave servicemen and women who have dedicated their lives to serving this country. It is our honor to acknowledge these deserving local veterans and active duty heroes along with man public servants and Army National Guard Brigadier General Matthew Kennedy! KW Cares RED DAY at Lazarus House Ministries
RED Day is our annual day of service with Keller Williams Realty Success Andover & Keller Williams worldwide. This year our office supported Lazarus House Ministries, a homeless shelter that provides a safe haven for homeless or displaced families and individuals in the Lawrence, Andover, North Andover & Merrimack Valley. We built take home pantry packages, painted, stocked diapers and supplies and put together an amazing cookout for the entire community to enjoy! Check out the 2022 RED DAY Video Recap!
St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast for Child Abuse Awareness
We supported and Co-Chaired the 20th Annual Haverhill Exchange Club Rick Barry St Patrick’s Day Breakfast in support of the club’s Child Abuse and Community Service programs! This is the Greater Haverhill, Andover, North Andover, Methuen and Merrimack Valley’s largest and most widely known breakfast event, and this year was sold out and we raised over $25,000, our greatest year yet!! Casino Royal for Boys & Girls Club
We supported the Casino Royal event for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Haverhill and Merrimack Valley. Contributing to their mission of inspiring and enabling all young people, especially those who need them most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
Food Drive for Thanksgiving for Lazarus House Ministries
We joined St Michaels Parish & Lazarus House Ministries in a food drive to help feed the 1200 families locally in Lawrence, North Andover Andover and surrounding communities that come through its food pantry each week.
Haverhill Veterans Tribute
We marched in the Veterans Day Parade with the Haverhill Exchange Club, to honor veterans and current military service members. We also participated in the Haverhill Hometown Heroes Banner program to provide a visual reminder of the sacrifice and service our members of the community have made for the country and community.
The 1st Annual Hillie Hunt
We had so much fun sponsoring and being on the planning committee of the “Hillie Hunt” Scavenger Hunt fundraiser event. We raised funds at this COVID friendly night of FUN & PRIZES in support of the Exchange Club’s child abuse prevention, youth services, and Americanism projects.
There were 16 carloads of contestants driving around town finding the clues & taking photos and video while visiting Haverhill’s landmarks, favorite businesses, performing fun challenges, singing carpool karaoke to win prizes!
Halloween Music Bingo for Exchange Club at Bradford Country Club
We really enjoyed being a co-chair of the Haverhill Exchange Club Music Bingo fundraiser event. With over 175 people in attendance, we raised funds and had fun playing music bingo to the best tunes from all the decades! This was such a fun night in support of the Exchange Club’s child abuse prevention, youth services, and Americanism projects.
Family Services of Merrimack Valley
We raised funds with a Music Bingo fundraiser to help those in times of need across the US & locally through charitable donations throughout the Andovers and Merrimack Valley with KW Cares. We were also so happy to present a $5,000 donation check to Family Services of Merrimack Valley, they empower, nurture and support children and families through life’s challenges to help them reach their full potential.

We rode in the Cycle for Shelter, helping raise critical funds to support Emmaus, a non-profit community development housing organization that provides emergency shelter and affordable housing and support services to homeless and formerly homeless adults, families and children.
