Andover’s Homebuyer Assistance Program holds informational meeting
Looking for money to help you purchase your first home in Andover, MA? On Thursday, October 25 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, an informational meeting will be held to discuss Andover’s newly expanded Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.
The program, created by the Andover Housing Trust Fund Board, helps would-be home buyers to purchase their first home in Andover. The program is available to eligible moderate-income households who have not owned a home in the past three years, with some exceptions. It provides funds in the form of a forgivable loan with a maximum of ten percent of the purchase price, up to $15,000, according to need.
The meeting will be held at the Memorial Hall Library, on the second floor.
