Located in Country Hollow Village, this Haverhill townhouse is a middle unit in very good condition with window and HVAC updates. The seller wanted a quick closing since she was looking to move out before the winter. Taking all of this into account, we put together a strategy to create excitement and energy with this home sale. Multiple offers were generated and one was accepted, but due to buyers remorse the home went back on the market for sale. Buyers remorse happens from time to time, and makes it challenging for a home sale because the home shows as being sold but then placed back on the market. This raises questions and concern from buyers as to why this happened. However, because we had multiple offers on the home we were able to go back to another cash buyer who was interested and bring a deal together. This was a win-win for both parties, with speed for both the buyer and seller closing in under 30 days. In the end, both parties were very happy to work together and we had one of the best final walk-throughs we’ve ever seen! The hand off from seller to buyer was very smooth and friendly and just great for all involved.
