Ron Carpenito worked with first time home buyers Scott and Jess for 4 months in search of a North Andover home. Scott and Jess lived in an apartment in North Andover and loved the town so much, they wanted to find a home in the town that would be their “forever” home.
Due to the low inventory of homes for sale in North Andover, they had a difficult time finding a home. Just searching for North Andover homes for sale on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) was not providing results.
